Digital Media Associate (Part-Time)

Position Summary 

This position will support the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s social media and digital content efforts, assist in executing day-to-day tasks across digital platforms, help with content creation and fan engagement, and maintain a consistent online presence in alignment with the Hall’s Mission.

Position Schedule 

• This is a part-time and in-office position. 
• Position schedule is Thursday – Sunday, 9 – 3 p.m. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the Hall’s social media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including scheduled posts and live event updates.
• Help produce social media content, such as captions, graphics, short videos and assist with content gathering at events.
• Capture real time content promoting Hall’s events and experiences and post content timely. 
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, help maintain a positive, active presence with the followers.
• Contribute to the planning and rollout of digital campaigns and activations across web, email, and social platforms.
• Review digital trends, meme culture, and relevant sports content to develop creative ideas.
• Photograph various experiences to create engaging materials.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are the preferred qualifications we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree with social media, web or digital strategy concentration is preferred. 
• Experience in related social media-focused position. 
• Experience with website CMS and email marketing platform is preferred. 
• High energy and creativity with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience capturing photography, understanding lighting and ability to modify images. 
• Understanding of the game of professional football is preferred.
