Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to app functionality, ride bookings, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve user experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about ride-sharing services and app updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the tech or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
