Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address any operational concerns.
• Stay informed about the latest book releases and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the retail or book industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A genuine passion for books and literature, with the ability to recommend titles based on customer preferences.
