This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates in our recruitment database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Fluency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and English is essential.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in helping others.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
