Who You Are
You are an experienced graphic designer looking to take the next step in your career by helping to build a brand set to change the face of an industry. As OnMed’s Brand Designer, you’re passionate about using your creative talents to make a meaningful impact on society. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging visuals across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta platforms), updating content on the company website, and designing marketing collateral. Your creative vision will elevate the OnMed brand while driving impact through strategic marketing initiatives.
Role’s Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the OnMed visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity across all brand touchpoints
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral including presentations, presentation graphics, social media graphics, and digital ads
- Create engaging content for social media marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, that reflects OnMed’s brand voice and purpose
- Collaborate on website design and updates using Webflow
- Translate complex technology and healthcare concepts into clear, visually compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences
- Support internal communications and sales enablement teams with branded templates and materials
- Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive prototypes (when applicable)
- Be a key part of a purpose-driven brand – helping to cut through the noise with thoughtful, mission-aligned design that makes a real impact
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- A self-starter who is self-managed, outcome-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- The ability to translate complex ideas into visual expressions that are not only clear but also emotionally resonant
Education & Experience
- Professional experience in brand, graphic, or visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital work
- Experience in Webflow, Figma, and motion graphics strongly preferred

The salary budgeted for this role is $65,000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10%.
