Job Description
As a Key Account Manager at NIQ Brandbank, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth across a portfolio of key client accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing renewals, uncovering expansion opportunities, and securing new business. This role combines strategic account management with solution-based selling, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic planning
- Lead contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Prospect and close new business within assigned territory or vertical
- Understand client goals and challenges to position NIQ Brandbank solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, CPG, or data-driven environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
- Passion for delivering value to clients and driving long-term partnerships
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $62,300-$100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
