Position Summary:

· Perform all aspects of customer communications including but not limited to inbound/outbound calls both manual and automated for customers or potential customers

· Liaison between Nephron and customers, becoming customers point of contact

· Assists with additional duties or responsibilities as evident or required.

· Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Primary Accountabilities:

· Manage inbound and outbound calls as well as other types of communications in a timely manner

· Follow communication “scripts” when communicating with customers

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

· Keep comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database

· Frequently attend Nephron educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· High School diploma or equivalent required. 

· A.A. Degree with 1-2 years call center experience desired

· 1-3 years’ experience MS Office products

· Written and Oral communication skills.

· Must be a Team Player and be able to interact within the company with all departments.

· Perform with minimum supervision.

· A broad perspective that aligns decisions to organizational objectives

· The ability to take strategic objectives and accept accountability to drive results through effective actions.

· The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.

· Position requires lifting (up to 15lbs), vision (20/20), standing (10%), sitting (80%), walking (10%), talking, typing and hearing.

· Incumbents required to wear specified protective equipment as necessary.
