Job Description

Our Media Group portfolio is a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands, supported by media industry leaders, Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. When you join our team, you’ll work across our dynamic portfolio including Peacock, NOW, Fandango, SkyShowtime, Showmax, and TV Everywhere, powering streaming across more than 70 countries globally. And the evolution doesn’t stop there. With unequalled scale, our teams make the most out of every opportunity to collaborate and learn from one another. We’re always looking for ways to innovate faster, accelerate our growth and consistently offer the very best in consumer experience. But most of all, we’re backed by a culture of respect. We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

Peacock Viewing Product Design is seeking a Product Designer to contribute to the evolution of our Content Discovery experience with a strong foundation in UX principles, design thinking, and creative execution. We're looking for a designer who excels at solving meaningful problems and connecting design solutions to product goals while bringing a passion for crafting intuitive, elegant, and engaging experiences that resonate with our viewers. The ideal candidate demonstrates collaborative ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional partnership, with a commitment to quality design and actively contributing to our product and design culture.

About Our Team:

Our Product Design team is shaping the future of content discovery through bold experimentation — exploring generative AI, next-gen mobile experiences, and personalized interfaces that inspire deeper engagement. We’re dedicated to revolutionizing how people find and connect with content, crafting search and discovery experiences that put viewers first, elevate exceptional design, and foster brand love. We’re not just improving how people browse — we’re redefining what content discovery can and should be.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design user-centered solutions for search and discovery features.
  • Contribute to small- to medium-sized projects from concept through launch, working independently with support from senior team members.
  • Apply a data-informed approach to design, using user feedback and metrics to validate ideas and guide decisions.
  • Designing experiences that leverage machine learning and personalization to make deciding what to watch easier and enjoyable for each user
  • Design clear, accessible, and consistent experiences that align with platform standards and our evolving design system.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure design solutions are feasible, optimized for implementation, and delivered on time.
  • Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate design quality across the team.
  • Maintain high standards of craft with a critical eye for detail and polish.
  • Communicate your design decisions clearly within the team, simplifying complex ideas and advocating for user needs.
  • Contribute to design documentation that enables cross-functional teams to understand and implement design solutions effectively.
