Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing TA team and play a key role in scaling both our IT and non-IT teams — including operations, delivery, and functional roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across technical and functional teams
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for IT, operations, delivery, and functional roles
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates for role alignment and culture fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate on offer negotiation and manage onboarding with HR
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Keep up with market trends and hiring best practices
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding through content and campaigns

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience across IT and non-IT roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple open roles while maintaining attention to detail and candidate car
