Job Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of integrated campaign orchestration and digital marketing execution to drive high-quality pipeline growth. This role is instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation programs that engage target personas, convert leads, and accelerate sales.
You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Field, and Sales teams to create scalable programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue for Mirantis solutions, including Kubernetes, AI, and cloud infrastructure offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Orchestration & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline acceleration.
- Align campaign strategies with key go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and market trends.
- Define audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and content strategies tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns with outbound prospecting efforts and ABM strategies.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance based on funnel metrics, attribution data, and conversion rates.
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Own the execution of paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive high-intent conversions.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and personalized content experiences.
- Leverage marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track, nurture, and score leads.
- Manage digital retargeting, paid social, and programmatic display advertising to increase engagement and brand recall.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and apply A/B testing methodologies to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with Content Marketing to develop campaign assets, including eBooks, whitepapers, videos, and webinars.
- Enable SDR and sales teams with targeted messaging, nurture flows, and prospecting cadences.
- Partner with Field Marketing on regional and event-based demand generation efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or DevOps/Kubernetes industry.
- Proven expertise in orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and funnel optimization.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and DevOps technologies is a big plus.

- Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but limited to, relevant sill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
Salary range: $130000-150000 per year
