Join a high-growth, product-led company building AI-powered platforms for automating sales, marketing, and customer operations. As a Senior Account Manager – Client Success, you’ll lead post-sale relationships, guide onboarding, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts

  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for AI-driven platforms

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, workflows, and success metrics

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align product usage with outcomes

  • Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive engagement

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for client needs

You’re a Good Fit If You:

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role

  • Excel in managing B2B relationships and communicating with multiple stakeholders

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities

  • Have a passion for delivering high-impact client experiences

  • Bonus: experience with SaaS or AI-driven tools, and platforms like Slack, Airtable, HubSpot
