Job Description
Overview
The Inside Sales, introducing the products to the clients and increasing the sales of the products is the main objective.
Selling over the phone connected with cold calling through business directories, client referrals, etc.
Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities
• Cold calling; making customer orders suggesting new items; making multiple outbound calls to sale potential clients.
• Understanding client needs and expectations of the customers offering different alternatives, solutions and support. Ensure proper attention to every customer.
• Establish friendly relation with customer and maintain ongoing relations with the customers.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients and contact them regularly.
• Working with sales team.
• They meet and communicate with the walk-in customers.
• Occasionally make personal visits to their customers to monitor and check that everything is in order and see what product may be missing.
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Note down the suggestions and complaints made by the customers and report them to the right department.
• Research the market for new competitive products introduces and the marketing strategies adopted by competitors.
• Record details of every sales transaction in the sales book and submit weekly reports to the higher officials.
• Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable product.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ inside sales experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
• Creative thinker and possess ability to resolve critical problems an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Impressive personality and ability to resolve critical problems.
• Should be expert in handling Outlook and MS Excel.
• Persuasive and goal oriented.
• Target oriented and believe in teamwork.
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
• Bilingual.
