We are hiring for a Director of Sales & Operations Finance in our Dallas Executive facility. The Director of Sales & Operations Finance is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Commercial and Supply Chain teams of the company. The Director of Sales & Operations Finance will lead key financial planning processes, provide profitability guidelines and own performance reporting across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Revamp the S&OP process ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
- Own the Topline planning cycle
- Track long term sales data
- Implement new technologies and own the financial planning tool for the Topline process
- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.
- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods.
- Monitor and assist with customer retention.
- Assist with account management.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure price lists and sell sheets are comprehensive and accurate.
- Support the forecasting process on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Conduct promo analysis to ensure to ensure trade investments are providing adequate return.
- Assist in annual planning
- Own and execute daily sales reporting
- Own the P&L evaluation of new business proposals ensuring alignment with the profitability framework of the company and generating price curves across channels
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- 5-10 years in a Commercial or Supply Chain finance role with increasing managerial responsibility
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work well in groups
- Ability to multitask
