Job Description

The Manager, Premium Sales will have the full ticketing menu available to sell, however their specific goals and metrics will be centered around seasons and groups in premium areas for football and basketball. This includes remaining suite, premium and hospitality experiences within Husky Stadium, management of interest lists, Husky Heritage Tyee seating and a new all-inclusive space coming online within Husky Stadium. Within Alaska Airlines Arena the role will focus on Lower level, Courtside interest and any new premium spaces coming online related to ongoing projects. This role will operate within the LEARFIELD Amplify team working mostly closely with the Senior Director of Ticket Sales, Assistant AD of Revenue Generation, Associate AD/CRO and Associate AD of Advanacement - but collaborates daily with other ticketing units, Tyee/Fundraising, Husky Sports Properties and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a great teammate who is exceptional at prospecting, attaining meetings with decision makers, discovery and solutions presentation as well as relationship maintenance and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Ticketing, Tyee/Advancement, Marketing, MMR, CRM/Data and others in administration to identify prospects, create new sales and retention priorities
  • Aggressively canvas Seattle business community for purpose of new lead creation
  • Set appointments with current as well as past customers
  • Cold-call new leads to generate sales
  • Develop and maintain a personal client base of premium ticket buyer prospects and customers
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell premium season tickets, partial plans, and group ticket plans
  • Support the planning of new sales and retention strategies for all premium seating areas
  • Work closely with Assistant AD of Revenue Generation to identify leads and digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilize national best practices to streamline sales processes and maximize results
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Senior Director of Sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration or business field
  • Experience working in B2B, premium or sponsorship sales with collegiate and/or professional sports team
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Experience with Paciolan and Salesforce preferred
  • Effectively express and present ideas verbally and in writing
  • Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by management
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including all home football games

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this position is $26.44- $31.25 per hour. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
