One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the United States.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong experience in enterprise data platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver robust data products and capabilities. As a key contributor to a cloud-native data infrastructure, you’ll translate business goals into actionable requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure end-to-end quality. Your blend of analytical expertise, agile mindset, and communication skills will be crucial in driving the success of data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Act as a proxy Product Owner by defining product scope, writing epics/user stories, and prioritizing the backlog
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team velocity, and track deliverables in Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Translate complex problems into scalable data solutions across pipelines, data layers, and reporting
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate across departments including finance, operations, and supply chain
  • Perform quality assurance, UAT coordination, and issue resolution using SQL and other data tools
  • Maintain documentation including process flows, source-to-target mappings, and training guides
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in Business/Data Analysis (11+ years without a degree)
  • Experience acting as a Product Owner or collaborating closely with product teams
  • Proficiency with SQL and tools like Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, or Azure Data Factory
  • Familiarity with data from systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • Preferred: knowledge of medallion architecture, Unity Catalog, or self-service analytics environments
  • Certifications like CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CAP are a plus
