Finance Manager (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Finance Manager in the United States.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will own the company’s financial model, perform forecasts, and partner closely with various teams including sales, marketing, product, and legal. Your work will include administering sales compensation plans, managing deal desk activities, and continuously improving financial processes. The position requires a detail-oriented problem solver who can support multiple stakeholders and drive impactful financial decisions.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain and update the company’s financial model in partnership with leadership across departments
- Design, administer, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) compensation plans for Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
- Act as a responsive and knowledgeable resource for deal desk operations, including order form creation and contract term evaluations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and streamline finance processes
- Support forecasting, quota calculations, and reporting activities to ensure accurate financial insights
- Proven FP&A experience with a strong ability to partner with business leaders
- Familiarity with Anaplan or similar financial modeling tools preferred
- Experience designing and managing sales compensation plans
- Knowledge of deal desk functions such as order forms, contract negotiations, and quota reporting
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a passion for process improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Competitive salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD
