AE Manager (Remote - US)

One of our partner companies is currently looking for an AE Manager in the United States.
As an AE Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving sales growth in the commercial contracting sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in SaaS sales leadership, especially in fast-paced startup environments. You will collaborate across departments to refine go-to-market strategies, coach team members, and optimize sales performance. While fully remote, preference is given to candidates based in the Los Angeles area due to team location.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives targeting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align growth strategies
- Coach and mentor AEs to enhance performance and skill development
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess individual and team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay informed on industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- 3+ years of experience managing AE teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Previous hands-on experience as an Account Executive
- Background in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contracting space is a strong plus
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools quickly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- $240k–$250k OTE (50/50 split)
