Job Responsibilities
Area of Responsibility
1. Facility Support
Schedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly/quarterly.
Managing hard and soft services across the site.
Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service calls
Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site.
Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces
Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events
Perform small maintenance tasks such a hanging photos and art work, moving furniture, or repairing/modifying furniture
Perform daily facilities walk-through of Kinston Facility
Conduct monthly safety walk-through of Kinston, NC Facility
Assist with administrative projects

2. Relationship and Facility Management Coordination
Sustainability
Assist monitoring of sustainability projects and activities with Program Manager to ensure they are handled in accordance with Airbus Group standards, all local, state and federal laws and regulations
Collect and track key data related to sustainability
Review Environmental Roadmaps with site FM leads (Quarterly)
Record monthly environmental data to applicable reporting systems
Corrigo (Work Order Management Tool)
Monitor compliance usage for facilities teams’ preventative and recurring maintenance schedules.
Surveillance of tool and provide improvement feedback to Manager
Collect and report data points to leadership
Assist with deployment of communications, trainings, documentation, tools, governance

Education/training
High School Graduate
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
Years of relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
2+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
Experience in the aerospace and or defense industry is a plus.
Skills and knowledge
Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient using common business applications (Google G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS)
Outstanding Internal and External customer service skills
Must be comfortable working with complex audiovisual equipment
Other abilities
Demonstrated client relationship management skills
Decision Making, Complexity:
Prioritize use of the facility based on business needs.
Real time determination of facility use based on existing conditions of specific facility components.
