The Manager, Suite Sales is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of suite and loge box leases at Miami Freedom Park, the brand new home of Inter Miami CF, which is set to open in 2026. The primary focus of this role is business-to-business sales, with a strong emphasis on setting up face-to-face meetings, presenting to potential clients, and closing deals. This role will involve significant outbound sales efforts, including prospecting new clients, setting in-person sales meetings, and selling multi-year suite and loge box agreements.

In addition to driving sales and team development, you'll be instrumental in leading strategic efforts to maximize revenue and enhance the overall premium suite experience for members. This includes developing leading-edge products, offerings, and experiences that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth.

Your strategic leadership will extend to the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing campaigns aimed at driving demand for suite inventory. By aligning sales efforts with organizational goals and market dynamics, delivering unparalleled value and experiences to our premium clientele.


 Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee the daily sales of suite seating inventory.
  • Create and implement short- and long-term sales plans and strategies.
  • Work closely with Ticket Operations and Member Services team members to provide the highest level of customer service for all suite members.
  • Administer efficient, accurate and timely reporting mechanisms related to sales activity as well as budget pacing activity to be used by senior management.
  • Create and execute events and experiential programs to maximize suite and loge sales opportunities.
  • Manage the development of proposals, collateral materials and multimedia resources.
  • Maintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization.
  • Drive Sales for Miami Freedom Park Suite Memberships.
  • Prospect and Cultivate New Leads: Leverage cold-calling, networking, referrals, and sales events to build a strong sales pipeline leading up to the 2026 stadium opening.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve weekly/monthly sales and prospecting targets, focusing on selling membership packages and driving ticket sales.
  • Maintain Superior Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all customers and prospects, ensuring a smooth process from the initial interaction through to stadium opening.
  • Engage in Community and Networking Events: Represent Inter Miami CF at key business, social, and community events to expand the network and drive awareness for Miami Freedom Park ticket offerings.
  • Participate in Sales Events: Participate in sales-driven events and tours at the Miami Freedom Park Experience Center, showcasing the available ticket options and seating plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Sales Records: Utilize the CRM system (Salesforce, Archtics) to keep detailed records of all prospect interactions, customer data, and sales processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ related experience working for a professional sports team required. 
  • Experience selling multi-year suite or luxury seating agreements is preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and present to corporate executives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Florida marketplace preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Archtics & Ticketmaster ticket systems preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM software.
  • Highly proactive, goal oriented and motivated with a positive attitude. 
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service.
  • Coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic, high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to present sales material to executives and potential clients with confidence.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments/organizations over which you have no formal authority.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
