Job Description
We're searching for a driven Organisational Development (OD) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of performance-driven initiatives, igniting engagement and championing our unique GYG values. You'll dive into everything from leadership development and employee engagement strategies to driving critical change management and fostering a truly high-performance, results-oriented culture.
If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for turning data into impactful insights, and you're passionate about nurturing talent and shaping culture, this is your chance to make a massive impact.
You’ll enjoy this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in an Organisational Development or HR role with OD responsibilities
- Proven success in designing and implementing OD initiatives
- Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, best practices and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry highly desirable
- A relevant tertiary qualifications or change management certification preferred
