We're Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Office | California

Location: North Richmond, California

Setting: In-Office | Clinic-Based

Schedule: Full-time 

Competitive pay and incentives: $100K to $120k a year + benefits

We are looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our in-office clinical team in California, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children and families while enjoying the professional support and stability of a structured environment.

Job Overview: 

As an in-office BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2–18. You will oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within our clinic, ensuring high-quality service delivery through hands-on supervision, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-office assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
  • Develop individualized ABA-based treatment plans tailored to client goals
  • Provide direct, on-site supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data analysis
  • Facilitate parent training sessions in-office
  • Collaborate with other clinical professionals and school districts when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all BACB, state, and payer documentation and ethical standards
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, learning-focused workplace
  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Must reside in California or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available for the right candidate)
  • Prior experience in clinic-based ABA therapy preferred (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Must pass live scan, TB test, and background checks as required
