Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Encouraging members to take advantage of our diverse fitness offerings and inspiring team members to do the same.
- Building and leading a high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives.
- Ensuring project and department milestones are met within approved budgets.
- Enforcing club rules and policies while promoting proper procedures.
- Providing feedback to the General Manager on performance gaps and making hiring recommendations.
- Managing personal training sales generation and monitoring key metrics.
- Training staff to generate leads and new business.
- Conducting regular meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer guidance.
- Serving as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current CPR Certification and National Certification as a Personal Trainer.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
- Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable initiatives that drive results.
- Willingness to travel between club locations.
- Fitness Certification from a recognized authority.
- Preferred BA or BS degree, particularly in a sales-related field.
- Bilingual Preferred
Compensation
: $70,000.00 per year
