Role Overview
We’re seeking a sharp, strategic, and visually obsessive Enterprise Sales Deck Architect to create the highest caliber of enterprise sales materials — the kind you’d expect from McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. This role is not just about design — it’s about crafting compelling narratives that blend rigorous data, business insights, and visual precision to win the hearts (and budgets) of Fortune 100 clients.
What You’ll Own
- Executive-Grade Sales Decks
Craft elite-quality decks and narratives tailored for C-level enterprise buyers — crisp, data-backed, and boardroom-ready. - Visual Strategy & Intelligence
Turn abstract ideas, product capabilities, and business cases into elegant visual stories. Think: storytelling meets design meets analytics. - Collaborative Briefing & Insights
Work side-by-side with enterprise AEs, CSMs, solutions engineers, and product marketing to build bespoke narratives for complex, multi-stakeholder deals. - Modular Frameworks
Design modular deck systems that scale across verticals — including sections for problem framing, opportunity sizing, product capabilities, case studies, ROI modeling, and future roadmap. - Quantitative Rigor
Translate market sizing, product usage data, and value realization models into highly legible charts and diagrams. Own the “so what” of every data point. - Enterprise Brand Voice
Maintain visual and narrative consistency that matches Flowcode’s enterprise tone — confident, innovative, data-driven, strategic.
You Are a Good Fit If You...
- Have 2 - 4 years of experience in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), strategic communications, or enterprise sales enablement
- Are known as the “deck whisperer” — praised for your clarity, polish, and ability to frame complexity with elegance
- Are highly proficient in Google Slides, Keynote, and/or PowerPoint, with extreme fluency in data visualization (Excel, Figma, Tableau, etc.)
- Write and communicate like a strategist — every slide has a headline, every chart has a point, and every deck has a spine
- Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and enjoy building from scratch

- Enterprise prospects consistently remark that Flowcode’s sales materials are “the most impressive they’ve seen”
- Your decks become the standard across the org — shared, cloned, and emulated by AEs, CSMs and executives
- You directly influence close rates by shaping the sales conversation from the first touchpoint to the final presentation
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling or enabling sales in SaaS, AdTech, Martech, or enterprise software
- Prior work at a design-forward strategy agency or in-house strategy/design team
- Deep knowledge of Account Based Marketing strategies or intent-based selling
Comp Range: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary plus equity and benefits
