Figma is seeking a Product Manager for Data and AI Infrastructure to drive the development of data platforms and AI/ML models across their product suite. This full-time role can be remote or based in one of Figma's US hubs.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include understanding data needs across the company, defining the vision for core data systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to design AI/ML infrastructure, and ensuring data platforms meet performance and security requirements.
Skills: The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in leading complex projects, shipping high-quality software platforms, and conducting customer research.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience as a software engineer or data scientist and building platforms in multi-product environments.
Location: This position can be held from remote in the United States or from Figma's hubs in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.

We are hiring a PM for the infrastructure pillar to support the development of the data and AI platforms powering Figma's multiproduct suite.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the data needs across the company
- Define a vision for core data systems, such as Figma's data catalog, to enable key stakeholders across the company to easily understand and use data at scale to meet business needs and drive product improvements
- Partner with a wide range of cross-functional partners across engineering, data science, and product to design infrastructure to train, deploy, evaluate and serve AI/ML models at scale
- Partner with engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects
- Ensure data platforms are performant, reliable, user-friendly and meet data security and privacy requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience leading significant strategic initiatives on highly complex, ambiguous, and technical products
- 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
- Experience shipping high-quality software platforms that drove efficiency for users and business results for your company
- Experience performing customer research to understand your customers and uncover insights
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience as a software engineer / data scientist
- Experience building platforms in multi-product environments
