This position is part of our newly formed Quality Assurance unit led by Elham, who works closely with two fellow testers specializing in API validation, UI testing, and system integration. To strengthen the team, we’re looking for a Web Testing Specialist who will focus on our web platforms and ensure seamless functionality across our payment services.

While the broader team focuses on terminal software and backend host system validation, your role will be on web application testing — supporting the ATM development team with test automation, environment setup, and system validation. You'll play a vital part in bridging QA and development, working with international stakeholders and contributing to high-impact global payment projects.

If you’re experienced in web testing, confident with automation tools like Cypress & Postman, and ready to take ownership of test environments in a dynamic, collaborative setup — this might be your next challenge.

Do what you love:

  • Take ownership of test environments: Build, manage and maintain shared and dedicated testing environments for our global ATM development team.
  • Drive automation: Apply, update, and optimize automated test scripts and utilities in collaboration with automation engineers and software developers.
  • Support developers: Help the development team understand testing requirements, coordinate on test cases, and ensure they can use test scripts effectively.
  • Maintain documentation: Ensure test environments and automation tools are well documented and kept up to date in coordination with our technical writers.
  • Daily operations: Manage test setups, maintain scripts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on test script creation and validation.

Show us what you've got:

  • Professional background: You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and around 3 years of experience in testing, ideally in the payment or financial services industry.
  • Testing & automation skills: You are confident working with tools like Cypress and Postman and have hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing environments.
  • Test environment management: You’ve built and maintained test setups before, ideally within complex software environments.
  • Tech stack familiarity: You’re comfortable with databases (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle), different operating systems (Linux, Windows), and tools like Jira, Jenkins, GitHub and Confluence.
  • Analytical mindset: You’re quick to understand systems and architectures, can think critically, and take ownership of your domain.
  • Communication skills: You’re a team player with strong English communication skills and enjoy working with international teams across different time zones.
  • Work style: You have a “get it done” attitude, work independently, and enjoy learning on the fly.
  • Hybrid Work Setup: At epay, you'll enjoy long-term job security in a globally operating company, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
  • Personal Development: We support your professional and personal growth through regular feedback meetings and tailored development opportunities. You’ll also have access to our e-learning platform, language courses, and regular in-house training sessions.
  • Benefits from Day One: You’ll immediately have access to our Corporate Benefits platform. We also subsidize your DeutschlandTicketJob (public transport pass) and your EGYM WellPass membership (fitness and wellness).
  • Perks after the Probation Period: After completing your probation, you'll gain access to our Employee Benefit Club, which includes a monthly shopping voucher worth €50. In addition, you can lease a bike via eurorad through the company.
  • Work Environment: We foster a culture of mutual respect and open communication. You'll be part of a collaborative, transparent workplace where team spirit and an inclusive atmosphere are a given.
