The role
The ESMB Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team, you will do this by engaging with inbound leads while also reaching out to targeted companies to discover and qualify potential buyers with interest and to understand the specific needs, pains of the prospect or their organization. You will have the exciting opportunity to demonstrate your prowess leading the conversion of first-time deals but will also learn from seasoned Sales Professionals and client partners when working on larger/strategic opportunities,
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for selling. The sole focus will be on selling Salesforce Services around Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, helping clients leverage Salesforce to transform their business operations and customer experiences. This role will target e-SMB and the lower end of Mid-Market (>300 employees)
We will provide you with training on our solutions, written scripts to use in your phone calls and in emails as well as give you access to all the modern technology tools you’ll need to succeed. You will have clearly defined objectives and clear ways to measure your impact. You will be paid a competitive base salary combined with strong earning potential through our incentive program.
What you'll do
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
Make phone calls and send emails at a rate necessary to meet or exceed your Discovery Call creation goals
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team, specifically targeting Salesforce Services around Sales, Service, and Marketing
Work independently to contact cold and pre-qualified prospects within assigned vertical or geographic markets
Capture all communications in Salesforce and follow all other best practices defined as part of the company’s sales funnel and process with accurate information
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments
What we'd like from you
Some experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment preferrable
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams), and social platforms like LinkedIn and other helpful data sources..
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
