Seeking a talented, and dedicated technician who wants to learn and grow. We want someone who has the ambition and talent to enrich our reactive support services. This role will provide onsite and remote support. DenaliTEK provides training, opportunity and even assistance in gaining certifications.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Primary Skills and Experience:

• Experience with small business network systems
• A working knowledge of the prevalent and latest Microsoft Windows workstation and server environments
• The ability to configure and troubleshoot small business Internet connectivity and security
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices
• Knowledge of networked computer system environments and peripheral device capabilities.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 admin portal.
