We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to join our Global People Strategy & Operations team for the summer. This team plays a critical role in driving strategic priorities, designing scalable solutions, and optimizing HR processes across the enterprise. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR strategy, data-driven decision making, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Support strategic HR initiatives that drive employee experience, engagement, and operational excellence
  • Analyze workforce data and prepare insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and playbooks for People programs and processes
  • Help manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across global HR projects
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends in People/HR strategy and operations
  • Prepare materials for presentations, workshops, and leadership meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across HR systems, processes, and programs

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $18.00 - $18.00
