Job Description

Position Overview

The Specialist, Brand Marketing is responsible for managing the overall brand presence of a brand or product. This role contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels to grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive efficient use of the marketing budget. The Specialist is also responsible for tracking and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement across multiple channels including but not limited to: social media, digital marketing, shopper marketing, promotions, experiential marketing, paid media, etc.
Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and tracks performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Tracks program deliverables and timelines to ensure all marketing activities are executed as planned.
