Join Coates Group as a Product Engagement Analyst, supporting our largest global client in delivering world-class digital signage and content solutions. This client-facing role is key to driving operational excellence by managing incoming feature requests, product incidents, and testing issues, while shaping how we engage with and support our client’s evolving digital strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the first line of contact for client on pre-production issues, enhancement requests, and incident management
  • Own and triage issues from QA, UAT, and lab environments—ensuring swift resolution through internal systems
  • Drive root-cause analysis and internal reporting for all client incidents, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain and present regular reports, metrics, and dashboards to internal stakeholders and client’s leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Account Management) to communicate client needs and prioritize feature development
  • Enhance training and documentation based on real-world client insights
  • Assist with strategic product conversations to align our technology roadmap with McDonald’s goals
  • Support and deliver product demos and training sessions tailored to the client’s needs
  • Develop deep knowledge of client’s technology ecosystem and how Coates' products fit into the bigger picture
  • Continuously look for new, creative ways to solve client challenges using existing Coates solutions


What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years in a client-facing role such as Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technology Consultant
  • Experience with CMS, digital signage, or QSR/retail technology preferred
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate between business and technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro/Visio, and Agile development practices
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving instincts

$100,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
