Your Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the estate planning and probate practice and supervise the legal support team
  • Provide strategic estate and tax planning to affluent clients
  • Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents
  • Oversee complex probate and trust administration cases
  • Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies
  • Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships with a focus on discretion and care
  • Actively contributes to firm development through mentoring and community leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
  • Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
  • Florida Bar admission in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
