Come build and scale Assort OS - designed to empower physicians and patients with a customizable fleet of genAI agents. Our platform transforms patient-facing interactions by automating operational tasks, enhancing patient engagement, and driving superior health outcomes.

Assort is led by Jon (Founder of Shimmer YC S21, 7 publications in healthcare AI, former UCSF med student, Stanford grad in top 3%) and Jeff (former Head of Product Engineering at Athelas/Commure, first engineer at Cameo, engineer at Facebook, Duke grad).

The Who, What, Why & Where

Who?

You’re a systems-thinker and operational builder who thrives in ambiguity. You’ve built RevOps or GTM infrastructure from the ground up — not just dashboards, but full-stack workflows that scale. You think in processes, not point solutions. You know how to connect the dots across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, and you’re just as comfortable digging into Hubspot config as you are aligning on strategy with execs.

Who?

You’ll own all things RevOps — from CRM hygiene and forecasting to commissions, funnel design, and reporting infrastructure. This is a player-coach role: you’ll drive strategy while executing tactically to remove GTM friction. You’ll partner cross-functionally with sales, sales development, marketing, customer success and support to improve funnel conversion, reporting clarity, and revenue predictability.

Assort is rebuilding the healthcare call center with AI voice agents — helping specialty clinics scale without growing headcount. We’re growing quickly, and need a clean revenue foundation that can keep up. As our first RevOps hire, you’ll shape how we sell, renew, expand, and report — with real influence over what we build and how we scale from Series A → onwards.

Where?

In-person in San Francisco (across from the TransAmerica building). We move quickly and collaborate in the room — sitting side-by-side across product, sales, eng, and ops.

About Assort Health

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years in Revenue, Sales, or BizOps at a B2B SaaS company

  • Proven track record implementing CRM, marketing automation and AI GTM tools like Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Gong and getting teams to actually use them.

  • Comfort building from zero: You’ve created dashboards, comp models, and pipeline workflows without needing a spec or perfect handoff.

  • You speak GTM: You can go from helping a rep navigate a messy account plan to presenting a churn analysis to execs — same day.

  • Strong grasp of forecasting, funnel mechanics, and sales process design. You’ve helped define what “good” looks like — and built the reports to track it.

  • Systems-thinker mindset. You think in diagrams and spreadsheets before you think in slides.

  • High ownership bias. You don’t just flag issues — you fix them.

  • You’re analytical & technical - proficient in excel, SQL and prompt engineering
