About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Design Consultant with deep expertise in hedge funds or alternative investments to support clients undergoing structural change, rapid growth, or organizational scaling. This role is ideal for professionals who can partner with executive teams to define high-impact operating models, develop career architecture, and design organizations for long-term scalability and performance.

• Design and implement scalable organizational structures that align with investment firm operating models
• Define job families, role clarity, and leveling frameworks for front office and support functions
• Develop and document career progression pathways, promotion criteria, and succession planning frameworks
• Lead org design assessments, including capability mapping, span-of-control analysis, and workflow optimization
• Advise on team structures, reporting lines, and talent strategy to support firm growth and strategic goals
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with executive leadership and HR stakeholders
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations supported by benchmarking and best practices

• 10+ years of experience in organizational design, talent architecture, or management consulting
• Deep knowledge of hedge funds, asset management, or financial services operating models
• Proven experience designing organizations through periods of rapid scale or transformation
• Strong understanding of investment, research, and operations functions in buy-side environments
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience with tools such as OrgVue, Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
