This position is essential in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative operations. Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in various databases and internal systems.
  • Verify and correct data entries to ensure high accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data or documentation.
  • Support the team by managing emails and communication regarding data-related queries.
  • Perform routine backups and data maintenance to prevent loss of information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • 1 year proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
