We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Online Work Healthcare Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering healthcare data into our database system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, be familiar with medical terminology, and have a strong understanding of patient and insurance information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter patient and insurance information into our database system

- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

- Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner and meets company standards

- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information

- Communicate with team members and management to identify and resolve any data entry discrepancies or issues

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all data entered

- Follow all company policies and procedures related to data entry and patient information

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes

- Excellent typing and 10-key skills with a high level of accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
