Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Advertising Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of client advertising campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule

• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and creative briefs

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to align creative assets with campaign goals

• Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports for internal use and client review

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and monitor advertising placements for accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar coordination role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
