We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator & Knowledge Manager to join our growing digital operations and KM support team.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated SharePoint Administrator & Knowledge Manager to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of digital knowledge systems, including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. This role will be critical in enabling collaboration, ensuring secure knowledge transfer, and enhancing user experience across our government client environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments in accordance with DIA, DISA, and agency-specific directives
  • Design and develop SharePoint sites that support unclassified and CUI-level knowledge management goals
  • Audit and maintain SharePoint content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with user needs
  • Develop and implement KM workflows, ticketing systems, libraries, and collaborative tools
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, IT support, and end users to capture mission requirements
  • Support lifecycle management of KM assets and improve knowledge transfer between internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to broader IT support activities when needed, supporting project success across Agile Group’s portfolio

Requirements

 Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams in a federal or DoD environment
  • Strong knowledge of KM best practices and content governance for CUI environments
  • Demonstrated success in improving user engagement, interface design, and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience working within DISA/DIA or similar cybersecurity/compliance frameworks
  • Certifications such as MCSA (Windows 10, Server 2016), Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint auditing/maintenance tools
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • CompTIA certifications (Security+, Network+, CySA+, CASP+)
  • VOIP or unified communications experience
  • Prior support experience within a government IT contract
