Position Summary

The Strategic Growth and Community Outreach Specialist will take charge of developing and implementing strategic initiatives designed to enhance awareness of our services in both new and existing communities. This role will involve collaboration with school districts, businesses, employers, local government, chamber of commerce, healthcare providers, and community organizations to foster valuable partnerships and improve community recognition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies that align with Xpress Wellness’ mission to provide accessible healthcare to the community.
  • Implement and execute a new clinic marketing launch plan, which includes participation in community events and other outreach activities at the new facility to drive traffic to the location. 
  • Engage with community members and organizations to build relationships and promote Xpress Wellness services.
  • Generate new occupational medicine business for facilities through targeted outreach and relationship building with local employers, school districts, etc.  Ultimately, develop a pipeline of opportunities that can be shared with the Chief Medical Officer
  • Organize and participate in community events and health fairs to increase visibility and access to services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials that resonate with the community and address their healthcare needs.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess community health needs including potential services for post acute facilities whereby Xpress Wellness services could add value and extend the mission to provide accessible care Work in partnership with the post acute development team to share pipeline opportunities.
  • Analyze outreach data and metrics to track effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on outreach activities and community engagement efforts.
  • Stay informed about local healthcare trends and community needs.
  • This position involves travel as needed to meet business objectives. Further the position will be required to be present in the communities we are opening new facilities and/ or needing to grow service line at established clinics.
  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach, marketing sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for community events as needed.
