We Are Looking For:

  • A Maryland licensed Real Estate Agent with significant experience and a strong portfolio of successful listings (ideally contributing to a $1M-$6M+ GCI).
  • Expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and effective listing strategies.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for marketing listings and managing client relationships.
  • A results-driven professional with a commitment to integrity and client advocacy.

Your Focus as a Listing Specialist:

  • Secure new listings through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive listing presentations and market analyses.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for sellers' properties.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to closing.
  • Provide exceptional service and communication to seller clients.
  • Utilize VYBE Realty’s tech and support to optimize your listing business.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Maryland Real Estate License.
  • Demonstrated track record as a successful Listing Agent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Maryland real estate market, especially Howard County and surrounding areas (for Columbia focus).
  • Strong business development and marketing skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($80,000 - $150,000 + potential, commensurate with $1M-$6M+ production) - Non-Salaried
