Page 1 of 3 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Business Development Manager Reports To: VP Division: Wisconsin Department: Office Operations Classification: Exempt (Salaried) Status: Regular Full-Time Purpose and Scope In accordance with Vogel Bros. Building Co.’s beliefs / values / mission / vision, the Business Development Manager is responsible for leading efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. This role is responsible for building client relationships, developing strategic market plans, and collaborating across teams to drive growth in alignment with company goals. The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals. • Create and maintain an annual business development plan for key market sectors. • Participate in strategic business planning and pursuit positioning strategies. • Analyze market trends and client/competitor data to guide planning and decision-making. Client & Market Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and community influencers. • Represent the firm at industry, client, and community events (including some outside regular hours). • Actively participate in relevant client, industry, and community organizations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- 3-7 years of experience or equivalent education and experience
