Job Description
The Senior Product Manager requires hands-on experience which includes the following responsibilities:
- Spearheaded User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a client-focused perspective, utilizing automation tools to streamline regression testing and ensuring comprehensive management of test artifacts throughout the entire test execution lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Visa’s technology, product, and solution teams to understand new business initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop a robust Validation platform for both Sandbox and Production environments, serving as the product manager for the platform.
- Leverage business and systems thinking to analyze proof-of-concept outcomes, generating actionable insights that can refine and enhance the service blueprint.
- Utilize expertise in inclusive, best-in-class user experience and emerging UX technologies to ensure the service blueprint pushes technical boundaries and delivers exceptional user experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with product and design teams to drive evaluation and validation of cutting-edge technologies that enhance user experience. • Assess Visa and partner integration models and supporting documentation to guarantee a world-class developer experience
- Work alongside engineering teams to design and implement resilient, scalable, and reliable payment processing platforms.
- Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and project success.
- Define product and technical requirements by drafting clear, comprehensive, and detailed user stories for complex features and products
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical specifications and final products align with business objectives.
- Support development efforts to ensure all deliverables meet Visa’s compliance, security, and quality standards, as well as requirements of the card payment ecosystem.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to stay aligned with project progress and team execution.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- A bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, in Product Management, Solutions Management, Quality Engineering, or a comparable area is required.
- Hands-on experience in the Payments industry.
- Proven expertise in developing, writing, and executing test cases from a client perspective, with a strong ability to automate test cases for enhanced efficiency
- Understanding of web service standards and protocols, including REST, SOAP, and gRPC.
- Hands- on experience in scripting for API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent platforms.
- Extensive experience across the software development lifecycle, especially in e-commerce or web-based environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering robust, large-scale, high-availability web or mobile applications through technical implementations.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the agility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions—including oAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and security tokens (JWS, JWE, access token, ID token)—as well as cryptographic concepts and key management.
- Skilled using product management software tools, specifically Jira Align.
- Track record of developing product roadmaps, crafting user stories, grooming product backlogs, and prioritizing requirements within fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external clients effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and a talent for deriving insights from complex data analyses.
- Flexible and proactive, with an ability to shift priorities and support team members as needed.
- Strong awareness of cross-team impacts and a collaborative approach to achieving broader organizational goals.
- Familiarity with AI models and their practical applications.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
