Job Description

The Visa Global Payables, Travel and Compliance team is looking for an analyst to join our group within Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS). VCS is a world class commercial organization focused on enabling new payment flows and value-added services to complement our core card solutions. We are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team and support the fraud and compliance vertical. Visa IntelliLink Compliance Management is the flagship product within this team that Visa’s partners and their clients use for deep insights on commercial and government card programs, including data mining, monitoring & analyzing transactions, fraud management and scoring models.

You will be expected to support the product team by providing data-driven insights and analyses that contribute to innovative product delivery, ensuring our global clients' needs are met with a seamless user experience. This role involves connecting the dots across the customer journey by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and supporting initiatives that drive results within Visa's global organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data related to government and commercial card programs, generating insights to support product development and enhancements.

  • Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps by analyzing data trends and user feedback.

  • Assist in the creation of business requirements and user stories in an agile framework, ensuring clarity and feasibility.

  • Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes across the product lifecycle.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to provide insights on market trends and identify potential opportunities for product differentiation across the compliance vertical.

  • Gather and analyze Voice-of-Customer data to prioritize product feedback and bugs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

  • Collaborate with UX design and research teams to contribute to the development of a user-friendly and cohesive user experience.

  • Work closely with Client Services and their regional teams to further identify processes that will enable automation of self-service capabilities across our external and internal tools and processes. \

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•At least 2+ years of successful post-college experience in product or program management, with a focus on driving product strategy and developing product requirements documents.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
•Experience working in an Agile development environment and proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
•Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration tools.
•Ability to make quick decisions, learn from outcomes, and apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous problems.
•The role requires strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to ideate and deliver products.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 87,200.00 to 123,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
