Job Description

TDO Software is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to act as the primary liaison between our existing clients and the TDO Support team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the dental industry—particularly with endodontic practices—along with the ability to engage effectively with dental office teams. This role involves nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our products and services continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. The position also includes representing the company at industry trade shows, events, and in-office visits to foster new partnerships and drive revenue growth.

  • Help push current marketing/sales initiatives by identifying sales targets and opportunities to drive revenue cross selling services 
  • Meet goals and quotas as defined by supervisor
  • Segment customers and evaluate customer satisfaction with these customers  
  • Nurture existing customer needs 
  • Build long term relationships with customer accounts 
  • Advocate for client needs to various departments within the organization 
  • Reach out at predetermined periods to check in on customers 
  • Identify common trends across the customer base that will help improve overall customer satisfaction 
  • Works with marketing to help develop future KOLs 
  • This role does not include inbound support calls. 
  • Ability to relate professionally to internal teams and clients on a regular basis. 
  • Act as an elevated point of contact for existing users. 
  • Identify existing / additional services that will elevate customer efficiency and customer success 
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction to improve NPS score 
  • Develop SOPs for future Account Managers 
  • Manage and remind SaaS users about their conversion to Professional 
  • Attend trade shows and meetings related to the endodontic field to liaise with DSOs and large practices.
  • Participate and collaborate at the annual user group meeting.
  • Documents detailed records of customer interactions, customer accounts and file documents through an online ticketing system.
  • Adheres to all rules and regulations outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience specifically within the dental industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion skills
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions and drive projects from concept to conclusion; work independently, manage multiple tasks, and set and reset priorities with direction or feedback from management and teammates.
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and meeting predetermined deadlines
  • Strong analytical capabilities, planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Maturity and ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, and high-pressure environment interacting with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines protecting PHI
  • Ability to build advanced knowledge of TDO software and its services
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Open to candidates located in United States and Canada

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Standing, walking, and meeting activities are required frequently throughout the workday. 
  • Employee must be able to process paperwork and utilize office equipment (including personal computer, phone, typewriter, copiers, etc.). 
  • A large portion of the day is spent communicating orally in person. 
  • Normal sight or corrected vision is required to read documents and use standard computer terminals. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
