Job Description
We are searching for a Clinical Services Liaison in Metro Detroit. Our Clinical Services Liaisons are held to high standards, and the expectation is dedication to educating and helping make a difference, whether with patients or with physicians. You are outgoing with a great, positive attitude and have experience collaborating and working as a team. You will work closely with the Owner, Clinic Director, Internal Marketing Director, and other Liaisons to build and maintain relationships with physicians and the physician office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and network with physicians, office staff, the local community, and businesses around your clinics.
• Identify potential referral sources and inform them about our services, clinicians, processes, and specialties.
• Maintain relationships with existing referral sources.
• Engage in training and development regarding our services, specialties, and processes.
• Attend planning meetings to stay informed about new locations, services, providers, campaigns, and promotions. Share pertinent information regarding sources and collaborate on ideas to foster growth.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of Plymouth PT Specialists, including our services, treatment techniques, clinicians, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with the Internal Marketing Department to create social media campaigns that align with external marketing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with your clinicians and liaisons to meet clinic and company goals, working as a team to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field.
- A minimum of one full year of direct sales/marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with CRM’s like HubSpot.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and management
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Drive and Google Documents, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of others in a sales/marketing relationship.
- Background or experience in Physical Therapy or healthcare is preferred.
- Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analyzing a problem and explaining that answer to a group of clinicians or physicians and their staff.
