Entry Level Bilingual HR Assistant – Full time or Part time

Description
As HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our HR department. You will assist with various administrative tasks, help maintain employee records, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.
- Assist with benefits administration, reference checks, background checks, and random drug testing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Support other HR projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Full time or Part time Available (Flexible Schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months – 1 year of previous experience in HR support preferred
- Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Proficiency in (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of managing multiple, simultaneous projects
- Flexible team player with a Positive Attitude
Pay Info:
$20/per hour
