Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Analytics Coordinator to join our US HR team. This entry-level role will provide 85% administrative and operational support to the U.S. Immigration function and 15% support to the HR team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Tableau or Power BI, and is eager to gain experience in corporate immigration and HR operations.
Immigration Responsbilties (85%):
- Manage the labor certification process for PERM cases, including coordinating website postings.
- Maintain and update internal immigration and work authorization trackers.
- Collect required employee and employer documentation for visa applications.
- Create and maintain electronic immigration files in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Draft and mail H-1B withdrawal letters to USCIS.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) and process immigration-related invoices using D365.
- Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for immigration & HR data.
- Support special projects and audits as needed.
HR Responsibilities (15%):
- Partner with HR Coordinators to support the onboarding process of foreign national employees.
- Monitor and manage the U.S. HR inbox, routing inquiries appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a supportive administrative role, or internship experience in a similar capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- HRIS Analytics experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including visualization tools such as, Power BI or Tableau is mandatory
- Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutions to improve processes
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute beyond assigned tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work hybridly out of the Tampa office is mandatory
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $50K-$70K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
