What You Will Be Doing

The IT Support Analyst I will work under direct supervision to provide technical support to the end-users as well as support and maintenance of the computer equipment, security, processes, procedures, and general documentation. 


How You Will Get the Job Done

  • End-User, Desktop Support: Provide basic technical support to end-users that is consistent with our Client Service Standards. Responsible for user and network printer set-up and maintenance. Create and update documentation on hardware, software, environment configuration and installation procedures. Work with and train employees on how to use technology efficiently and identify new ways to leverage technology. Responsible for workstation security including installing latest patches for security software. 
  • Hardware/Software & Inventory Management: Execute established processes and procedures for hardware, software, and user accounts for new and separating employees. Create, update and maintain inventories of all hardware and software licenses. 
  • System & Application Administration: Arrange technical support through vendors and project manage the rollout of new, less complex applications and/or hardware. Communicate effectively with vendors and the team. Identify and elevate issues and opportunities as appropriate. 
  • Audio/Video Management and Support: Responsible for support, and maintenance related to all audio and video functions. Examples include, Teams Rooms support, coordinate and execute off-site audio/video meetings. This includes the ongoing management and maintenance that may include licensing and hardware inventory.
  • Security: Will carry significant responsibility in the ongoing maintenance of end-user system and device patching remediation. Will also assist with management of users within the physical security system and coordinating related vendor activity.

Most work is completed during regular business hours. Occasionally, with new system upgrades or server fixes, work must be completed during odd hours of the night or on weekends. This is when traffic to the website or office activity will be at its lowest and thus have less of an impact on the business.

Educational & Professional Experience You Bring

A Technical Degree from College or University or certification in CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ and 1-3 years of experience in a technology support role; or equivalent combination of education & experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $24 and $36, hourly. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance. 


Work Environment*:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception in the window environment and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces such as under desks and in network closets.
  • Some travel will be required to support our AZ location as well as off-site meetings; must have proof of and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance to commute between bank locations.
  • Participates in an on-call rotation with other members of the IT team. This function will require this position to be available during extended hours during their rotation.
