Talent Director
Job Description
The Meet Group, affiliate of ParshipMeet, has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Talent Director. In this role, you will lead a team of amazing people who own our influencer recruitment, engagement, and development strategy. This role will oversee the identification, onboarding, and relationship management of social media influencers and creators across our applications who align with our brand values and growth goals. The Director of Talent will be a key leader responsible for building a world-class network of influencer talent that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall talent strategy for influencer partnerships.
- Lead a high-performing team of talent managers, talent scouts, and coordinators.
- Create scalable systems for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding influencer talent.
- Influencer Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify top-performing and emerging influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key influencer partners and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and compensation packages with influencer talent.
- Performance & Brand Alignment
- Ensure influencer talent is aligned with brand voice, values, and performance standards.
- Partner with Marketing and Content teams to optimize influencer output and campaign performance.
- Analyze KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI for influencer partnerships.
- Talent Development
- Mentor and support influencers with tools, training, and feedback to enhance content quality and audience growth.
- Create incentive programs and career progression opportunities for top influencers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Legal, Finance, Product, and Brand teams to ensure compliance and consistency in influencer relationships.
- Stay current with platform trends, content strategies, and competitive influencer activity.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
4–8+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in building and scaling influencer or creator networks. |
Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator monetization models, and brand collaboration structures. |
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. |
Data-driven and metrics-oriented mindset. |
Existing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, or creator platforms is a major plus. |
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field |
Background in brand marketing, digital media, or talent representation. |
Familiarity with talent CRM systems and influencer analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire). |
