Position Summary
We are looking for a Manager of Revenue & Accounting Operations to lead our global revenue recognition and AR operations at a fast-growing SaaS company. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end revenue accounting process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS, while helping build scalable systems and processes to support our recurring revenue model. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that will ensure contracts and new product introductions are accounted for accurately and efficiently. You’ll help guide a high-performing team and help automate of quote-to-cash workflows. You will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to complex accounting areas beyond revenue—leaning into reviews and process improvement initiatives tied to the global financial statements.

- Own the global revenue recognition process under ASC 606 for SaaS contracts and services
- Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close, including reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and financial reporting
- Oversee AR operations including billing, order mgt, collections, credit memos, deferred revenue, and ensure multi-jurisdictional tax compliance (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.)
- Build and maintain internal controls over revenue transactions and reporting
- Partner with FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and monthly operating reviews
- Support external audits, providing documentation and drafting revenue disclosures
- Work with other teams to ensure new offerings are integrated into revenue tools and platforms
- Analyze billing and revenue data to drive insights and performance
- Mentor and develop team members in billing functions
- Drive systems improvements and process automation to scale with the business
- Assist in managing functional currency translation and other multi-country accounting complexities
Annual Base Salary Range: $117,000-132,000
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Deep knowledge of ASC 606. IFRS and global accounting standards a plus
- Experience in managing tax obligations, across multi-country jurisdictions a plus (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax)
- Expertise in SaaS billing models and quote-to-cash processes
- Hands-on experience with Intacct, Salesforce, Avalara a plus
- Strong systems orientation; comfortable collaborating with other teams and working within multiple systems
- Systems thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, and fluent in Excel
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team
