Think Company is looking for a UX Strategist who understands how to drive business results through data-driven UX strategies and user-focused digital experiences.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Annual Base Salary: $78,030 - $95,000
The UX Strategist will join a growing team focusing on a pharmaceutical client. You must have a passion for digital trends and innovation combined with deep understanding of user experience best practices. You excel at identifying the sweet spot where business goals and user engagement meet and guiding a team to reach that ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively on creative teams that include clients and colleagues from design, technology, and business teams
- Help plan for and participate in creative brainstorming sessions and workshops with clients and internal project teams
- Develop strategic, user-focused digital experiences for multiple key audiences
- Plan and implement data-driven strategies to help clients reach their business goals
- Support qualitative and quantitative research efforts that identify opportunities for future improvements
- Create UX roadmaps that consider design, technology, and operation perspectives
- Design solutions that incorporate best practices in accessibility, usability, and interactions in responsive and native design
- Work closely with researchers, designers, and developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life
- Stay up to date on current themes, trends, and technologies in user interface and experience design
Proven Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UX design field
- Portfolio of work demonstrating experience designing for complex systems on multiple platforms, including mobile
- A near obsessive attention to details with a focus on efficiency
- Ability to drive project workstreams and deliverables
- Ability to fluently communicate design ideas to team members and clients
- Proficiency with tools and applications that support UX deliverables, such as wireframes, prototypes, and flowcharts
- Experience working within teams that create and use well-defined visual design systems or pattern libraries
- Understanding of designing for accessibility
- Experience working within teams that rely on a rigorous evidence-based design process
- An understanding of front-end development and technology
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of basic principles of visual design and related tools (e.g.,Figma)
- Experience applying AI technologies to enhance user experience, from leveraging generative AI in the design process to creating strategies for AI-powered features.
